Once we have handed your package to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it, but we do have some suggestions for locating missing packages!
First: Check your mailbox and front door/porch area. If you have a central shared mailbox, please check the parcel lockers. The package may be larger than you're expecting, because we use protective foam packaging.
USPS:
If you are not able to locate your package, you will need to contact your local post office. They will speak to your postal carrier and find out where exactly the package is- sometimes it is marked as delivered by mistake, is in a parcel locker, or was left in another location like a front porch or with a neighbor.
The most efficient way to contact them is to go in person or call them (you can find the phone number by searching Google for your specific location). You can also fill out a Missing Mail form on the USPS website, which will take 2-3 business days to get an email or phone call from your local post office. You can locate that form here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
